Subsequent to the Corporate Brokerage advising our Realtors to discontinue live open houses in mid-March, on Friday, April 3rd, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Province of Ontario announced that Realtors are prohibited from providing, hosting or supporting public open houses until further notice.
Following the disabling of Open Houses on the Toronto MLS, earlier this week TRREB introduced the new option of “Virtual Open House” in the Open House drop down menu. So now that you can advertise a virtual open house, let’s talk about how you actually go about doing one. We’ve prepared a video crash course to get you ready to market your listing virtually this weekend.
